3 Easy Face Exercise for Double Chin

 1- FISH FACE EXERCISE
Suck your cheeks and lips inwards  and try to replicate fish face .Holding that face 25 to 30 sec and attempt to smile. You will feel a burn and little pain in your cheeks and jaw . Relax and repeat the exercise.
2-KISSING THE SKY EXERCISE
Sit in comfortable position and tilt your head backward. Just look as if you are trying to kiss the sky. Stretch your lips as much as possible and hold for 5 to 10 seconds. Your chin and jaw will feel the stretch. Resume your normal position.
3- MOUTHWASH EXERCISE
Fill your mouth with air. Tranfer the air in your mouth from one corner to the other similar to cleansing the mouth with mouthwash. Continue the procedure for few minutes, relax and a couple of times.
