1-DHANUR ASANA or BOW POSE
Lie down on your belly and bend your knees towards your head from the outer side grab the ankles with hand inhale and left your head and chest as well the thighs at floor continue breathing and keep looking straight stay their around 5 to 7 breaths and slowly relief.

2- VIRBHADRA ASANA or WARRIOR POSE
Spread your feet around 3 feet wide trun your right foot to the front of the mat and left foot slightly pointing inwards . Trun your hips facing towards the right foot and then bent the right knee in 90° angle well taking the hands up and joining the palms stay here breath 5 to 7 breaths and slowly releif the hands straighten the legs and relex . Repeat on the other side.

3-DOWN FACING DOG or ADHO MUKHA SAVASANA
Place your hand on the floor . Take both of your feet around 3 feet behind raise the hips as high you can inhales as lowest as possible feel the space in hips and extention on the back of the legs . Keep looking at your foot stay here 5 to 7 breaths and releif.

4- MARICY ASANA or SAGE TWIST POSE
Sit on your hips straighten out your legs bend the left knee and place is next to the right knee keep the fix distance between the heel and knee lift and extend the right hand and hooked on the outer side of the left knee place your left hand behind the spin and twist breath here for 5 breaths and releif and repeat on the other side.
