Home remedies for wrinkles and fine lines

 The main cause of wrinkles and fine lines is the degradation of our skin caused due to sunlight sun rays contain ultra violet A (UV) rays which penetrate into our skin and damage collagen tissue which is responsible for keeping our skin structure intact this cause our skin to get progressively loose over time and thus wrinkles and fine lines formed this is why whenever you go out in the sunlight make sure you cover your face or else use sunscreen second main reason is dry skin so always keeps your skin hydrated .

Home remedies

1- COCONUT OIL

Coconut oil will give your skin a natural glow and radiance . Using it often will help to fade wrinkles and fine lines as coconut oil is moisturizing and hydrating for skin it also use as makeup remover. It restore the skin's elasticity to a great extent .

Step 1: massage coconut oil under 

the  eyes and other affected area for few minutes use a gentle circular motion.

Step 2: leave the oil on skin overnight. 

Note: repeat this ever night before going to bed 

2- PAPAYA BANANA MASK

Papaya is loaded with enzymes such as papain while banana is rich in vitamins that help in revitalizing your skin . This pulp is a good antidote for premature aging sign.

Step 1: Puree the two fruits ( small pieces of papaya and 1/2 of banana ) together and apply the paste on those fine lines on your forehead . 

Step 2 :Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse of with lukewarm water.

NOTE : Use this fruit mask once or twice a week.


3- TOMATO MASK 

Tomato is rich in beta-carotene lycopene that reserve the damage caused by the harmful sun rays . Fine lines , wrinkles, age spot , and freckles can all be reduced and lightened with this tomato mask .

Step 1:Cut the tomato half and dip in the inner half in sea salt .

Step 2: Scrub your face with this for a minute or so .

Step 3: Leave the tomato pulp taht has oozed out on to your skin on for 5 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.

Note : Repeat this twice every week you can also includes tomato paste in your diet for better results.


4-YOGURT MASK

The lactic acid and other natural enzymes present in yogurt Cleanse the pores and shrink them and lighten the dark spot  . This exerts a tightening effect on the skin , thus reducing  the appearance of the fine lines and wrinkles. Yogurts also diminishes scars and make your skin smooth. 

Step 1: Mix the olive oil and yogurt . Beat the mixture gently so that the oil is completely blended with yogurt. 

Step 2: Apply this on your face and neck . Leave it for 20 minutes .

Step 3: Rinse with lukewarm water.

Note: Use this fruit mask once or twice a week.


5- ALOE VERA 

 Aloevera gel is an enriched source of vitamin E , which is the booster of the skin and work excellently in combination with egg whites . Aloevera also heals dull skin with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds .

Step 1: Make a paste of 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel and one egg whites and gently massage with it on your face . 

Step 2: Leave it in for half an hours and wash off.

Note : Apply this pack twice a week. You can also apply aloe vera gel by itself .

5- VITAMIN E CAPSULES 

Vitamin E is known for moisture and refresh your skin with its skin hydrating property and antioxidants. It also has anti-inflammatory and photoprotective effect on the skin. This renew skin's vigor and diminishes wrinkles. 

Step 1: pierce the capsule and pour the oil present inside into a small bowl . Open as many as capsule required to covered the affected area.

Step 2: Apply the oil and massage the area for few minutes.

Step 3: leave it on for a couple of hours.

Note : This is best done by every night before going to bed.
