3 exercises to fix rounded shoulders

 1 : DOOR FRAME STRETCH Stand in open doorway . Rise each arm up to the side , bent at 90° angles with palms forward. Rest your palm on door frame  . Slowly step forward with one foot . Feel the stretch on your shoulder and chest . Stand upright and don't lean forward . Hold 10 to 20 seconds. Step back and relax.
